The World Bank said it will give the Palestinian Authority $64 million to build institutions in preparation for a state in two years. The gift was announced Sunday during a high-level World Bank Group delegation fact-finding mission to the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

Two missiles fired into southern Israel have been identified as advanced Russian-made rockets. The missiles, which did not explode, landed Sunday morning and caused no damage, according to the Jerusalem Post. They were located several hours after they were fired from Gaza near Kibbutz Alumim.
