Dec. 7 (Bloomberg) -- Pope Benedict XVI has invited Ireland’s top clergy to Rome on Dec. 11 to be briefed on the “painful” situation in Ireland. Cardinal Sean Brady and Diarmuid Martin, Archbishop of Dublin, will both attend, according to a statement from the Vatican sent via e-mail.
