Nov. 24 (Bloomberg) -- A Moscow policeman was detained for allegedly beating to death a migrant while drunk, investigators said. The officer and two colleagues were involved in the beating of three men yesterday in Moscow, the Investigative Committee of the Prosecutor General’s Office said on its Web site today.
