STAUNTON — Lilia Evangelio Deslate, 73, widow of Federico Deslate, of 302 Audubon St., died Saturday, Dec. 12, 2009, at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville. She was born Aug. 13, 1936, in the Philippines, a daughter of the late Benigno Evangelio and Escalastic-Deslate.
