BENNINGTON -- The U.S. Small Business Administration announced Friday that federal loans are now available in Bennington County as a result of excessive rain, flooding, winds and hail in May. The disaster loans are available to small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives and most nonprofit organizations, according to Frank Skaggs, director of SBA field operations in the east.
