Space shuttle Atlantis is headed for a landing, weather permitting.
CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla., Nov. 26 (UPI) -- A dozen astronauts in orbit were to pause for a weightless Thanksgiving Thursday even though they were aboard two separate spacecraft, NASA said.
The space shuttle Atlantis and the International Space Station are separately flying around the Earth until Friday, and they can be seen as a pair of bright lights in the sky at certain times over the next few days.

Kennedy Space Center, Florida - Clearwater's Nicole Stott is expected to return to Earth Friday morning at 9:44 a.m. EST. The astronaut has been in orbit since late August. Stott says she misses her husband and 7-year-old son, being in the sunshine -- and pizza.
