The Olympic torch has arrived at Parliament. Canadian figure skater Barbara Ann Scott carried the flame on Thursday through the halls of Parliament in the House of Commons. The 81-year-old Scott won the singles title at the 1948 Winter Olympics in St. Moritz, Switzerland. She is the only Canadian woman to win Olympic gold in figure skating.
