Thanachart, Thailand’s seventh-largest lender by assets, will pay 32.5 baht a share for the Bank of Thailand ’s entire stake in Siam City, Tongurai Lipiti, the central bank’s assistant governor, said today. That’s 4.8 percent higher than the bank’s share price before it was suspended from trading.
