An Iraqi official says a bomb has damaged a pipeline exporting crude to Turkey, temporarily cutting deliveries. Oil Ministry spokesman Assem Jihad said late Tuesday that an explosion targeting the pipeline forced a halt in deliveries to the Turkish port of Ceyhan late Saturday.
