Sheilla Lampkin of Monticello has announced she intends to be a candidate for the Arkansas House of Representatives in the May, 2010 Democratic primary. Lampkin will be seeking the District 10 seat held by Rep. Allen Maxwell (D-Monticello), who is term limited and cannot seek re-election.
