(RTTNews) - Vietnam's central bank raised its key interest rate on Wednesday. The State Bank of Vietnam hiked the benchmark interest rate to 8% from 7%. Also, the central bank narrowed the trading band of dong against the dollar to 3% from 5%, with effect from November 26.
