    Total Escrow Solutions selected as a UK Government G-Cloud supplier

    Total Escrow Solutions, a leading UK based Software Escrow Company, has successfully been selected as a specialist Software Escrow supplier under the UK Government Procurement Service G-Cloud framework.

    Total Escrow Solutions, a leading UK based Software Escrow Company, has successfully been selected as a specialist Software Escrow supplier under the UK Government Procurement Service G-Cloud framework. As a Supplier, Total Escrow Solutions are able to offer Software Escrow Services to a range of Government departments including; the NHS, local authorities, emergency services and other public bodies.

    The G-Cloud Programme is a cross government initiative and aims to streamline the governments’ interaction with its technology suppliers. The concept, of a nationalised government cloud, was originally introduced by the Labour Government in 2009.

    The G-Cloud is expected to launch later this year but already has 1,700 services listed within its catalogue. Some of these services include; software escrow, software-as-a-service (SaaS) and infrastructure-as-a-service.

    The initiative was led by Andy Nelson (Ministry of Justice) under the direction of the Chief Information Officer Delivery Board and backed by Chris Chant (Cabinet Office) and Denise McDonagh (Home Office). The aim of the current phase of the G-Cloud is to create a government marketplace of cloud services – which we’ve called the CloudStore. The move to the G-Cloud is expected to significantly increase the number of Cloud computing users within the UK.

    David Clee (Managing Director of Total Escrow Solutions) explained; “we are delighted to have been selected by the Government Procurement Service to be a supplier on the G-Cloud framework. Total Escrow Solutions looks forward to working with a wide range of public sector bodies on some exciting projects. The framework will give public sector customers much easier access to our services and the benefits of standard terms and conditions”.

    Total Escrow Solutions is a leading UK Software Escrow company and the contract has further cemented the company’s position within the software security market. The company specialises in supplying bespoke software escrow agreements to private and public organisations across the World.
