    2011 Claims Service Award

    (Wood Dale, IL, February 7, 2012) – Disaster Kleenup International (DKI), LLC, North America’s largest disaster restoration contracting organization, today announced that Tri County DKI of Novi, Michigan was presented with the 2011 Claims Award at the annual DKI Awards Ceremony.

    The Claims Award is presented to DKI Member Companies that exhibit exceptional service on water damage and fire damage claims submitted during the previous year. Selection for the Claims Award is based on four factors, including client feedback, customer feedback, DKI employee feedback and an analysis demonstrating how well the company responds to claims against specific performance standards on DKI’s DIAMOND system.

    Tri County DKI president, Ken Brown said, “We are pleased with our achievement, and proud that we continue to uphold DKI’s high standards for service excellence. Providing quality service to our customers is our number one priority.”

    The DKI Awards Ceremony took place on Tuesday, January 24, 2012, after Insights 2012: The DKI Conference and Tradeshow concluded in Austin, Texas. Dale Sailer, president of DKI, presented the awards.

    “Tri County DKI’s dedication to providing a high-level of service, reporting and assistance relative to the DKI claims program and their promotion of the DKI brand in the marketplace has certainly earned them this honor,” said Dale Sailer, president of DKI.

    Tri County DKI has provided insurance restoration in the Michigan marketplace since 2007, and has been a DKI Member since 2009.

    With over 400 service locations throughout the United States, Canada and Ireland, DKI provides quality emergency and reconstruction services, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.
