Lil Wayne has been facing a number of legal problems recently, and unfortunately it looks like his court troubles won’t be ending anytime soon. TMZ reports that Wayne and his Trukfit clothing line will be facing a lawsuit from a model by the name of Shanise Taylor, who claims her image was stolen to be featured on a Trukfit t-shirt without her permission. Taylor says that when she posed for the photos during a 2011 photo shoot, she never agreed to any further usage of the photos.

Earlier this year, she saw a photoshopped picture from that very photoshoot appear on a Trukfit t-shirt, with the original image edited to make it look like she’s wearing a Trukfit t-shirt, and to make it look like she wasn’t wearing underwear. She reiterated that she never signed off on the shirts which use her image, and that she doesn’t want photos of her to be “on apparel associated with misogyny and violence.”

Taylor is looking for unspecified damages, and is also requesting that the shirts get pulled from shelves, saying that she’s “humiliated” by the entire experience. TMZ have released the original photo alongside images of the offending t-shirt, which you can view below.
