Turkey will 'never surrender to terror', Erdogan says

ISTANBUL (Reuters) - Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan said on Sunday Turkey would "never surrender to the agenda of terror", a day after a suicide bomber blew up himself and four other people in central Istanbul's most popular shopping district.
