TVLine Items: Full House Reunion Video, DirecTV Premiere Dates & More

The cast of Full House seems to reunite on a bi-weekly basis at this point, yet we’re never any less excited when the gang decides to get back together.

The Tanners’ latest gathering came Saturday at a birthday party for show creator Jeff Franklin, with many of the original stars — John Stamos, Candace Cameron-Bure, Bob Saget, Lori Loughlin, Jodie Sweetin and Andrea Barber — in attendance.

There was even a sing-along of the Full House theme song, which Barber was kind enough to Instagram:

Ready for more of today’s newsy nuggets? Well…

* DirecTV on Monday announced spring premiere dates for two of its original series. Comedy Billy and Billie, starring Adam Brody (The O.C.) and Lisa Joyce (Boardwalk Empire) as two step-siblings in love, premieres Tuesday, March 3 at 8/7c. Next is the second season of the political crime drama Full Circle, starring Terry O’Quinn (Lost), Rita Wilson (Girls), Brittany Snow (American Dreams), Calista Flockhart (Brothers & Sisters), Eric McCormack (Perception) and Kate Burton (Scandal), which premieres Wednesday, March 25 at 8pm.

* Will Ferrell, Kevin Hart and Ariana Grande will appear on The Tonight Show Staring Jimmy Fallon on Feb. 1, following the Super Bowl.

* To celebrate the Academy of Country Music’s 50th anniversary, CBS is adding an extra half-hour to the ACM Awards, scheduled to air Sunday, April 19 at 8pm.

* TLC has renewed Cake Boss for two more seasons (4o episodes!), airing in 2015 and 2016.
