Twitter announced a new look for profile pages on NBC's Today Tuesday and many users have already begun the process of updating their profiles.

Today and its staff were among the first to update their pages, followed by Twitter and some of its employees. Others brands and individuals have started to make the changes as well.
With the new profile pages, Twitter users can now add header images similar to those featured on Facebook and Google+ profiles. What's more, your avatar is now featured front and center in that image, rather than in the top corner of the page.
