U.S., Brent crude futures turn positive as market closes

NEW YORK (Reuters) - U.S. and Brent oil futures turned positive in late trade on Wednesday after being down for most of the day, as traders covered short positions ahead of the U.S. Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday.
