KAMPALA (Reuters) - The Ugandan shilling gained ground on Friday, helped by commercial bank cutting their long dollar positions and inflows from charities. At 0932 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 3,585/3,595, stronger than Thursday's close of 3,600/3,610. (Reporting by Elias Biryabarema; Editing by George Obulutsa)
