Vaughan urges 'predictable' England to take aggressive approach at WC

London, Feb 24 (ANI): Terming England team as 'predictable', former skipper Michael Vaughan has urged Eoin Morgan-led side to take an aggressive approach in order to go further in the World Cup. Following England's back-to-back defeat to Australia and New Zealand, Morgan's men on Monday managed to claim a convincing 119-run win over minnows Scotland in Pool A. Reflecting on England's performance, Vaughan said that they were not flexible and they were set in stone the way they are going to play, the BBC reported. The former right-handed batsman further said that England were very, very predictable and if they were not careful this World Cup would be like most pundits had said with a predictable outcome. Urging England to take an aggressive approach, Vaughan added that they weren't going to go far if they didn't change their approach, particularly with that number three, claiming that they need a Alex Hales type to give it a good old launch. Currently, England are fifth in their group and will next face Sri Lanka in Wellington on Saturday. (ANI)
