The women's gymnastics team final is about to begin, with the Americans and the Russians the two favorites.
The Americans are looking for their first Olympic team gold since 1996 in Atlanta, while the Russians haven't won gold since 1992.
Look for the U.S. to jump out to an early lead. Gabby Dougals and friends start on the vault, their strongest event. Every U.S. gymnast can execute the Amanar vault, which carries a high degree of difficulty.
The Russians only have two gymnasts who can do that.
Still the Russians excel on the uneven bars and have a great chance to make up ground later in the competition.
