UPDATE: Vehicle fire extinguished, I-41 northbound lanes in De Pere reopened

DE PERE, Wis. (WFRV) – Firefighters and other officials say that the vehicle fire on I-41 northbound near the city of De Pere has been extinguished.
All lanes are reopened to motorists.
Vehicle fire on I-41 northbound in De Pere causing backups and delays

DE PERE, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Brown County are responding to a vehicle fire on I-41 near the city of De Pere.
Authorities are on the scene working to contain the fire. The two right lanes on I-41 northbound are closed at this time.
This is a developing story and Local 5 News will update this when we learn more.
For now, it’s best to avoid I-41 northbound if you can.
