US-460 open after FedEx truck fire in Bedford County

UPDATE: 10:39 A.M. BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — VDOT says all lanes on US-460 are open after a FedEx truck caught fire in Bedford County.

At this time, it is unknown if anyone was hurt.

The crash remains under investigation by the Bedford County Sheriff’s Office.

BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WFXR) — All east lanes on US-460 in Bedford County are blocked off after a vehicle caught fire on Tuesday.

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) says the fire is near Lynn Lane and Villamont Road.

Drivers are encouraged to seek a different route.
