  • 3 killed, 4 injured in Newport News crash 13 News, WVEC Hampton Roads - Fri Jul 17, 1:46 PM ET

    Just before 8:00 p.m. Thursday, a 2004 Ford Explorer trying to merge at the exit swerved to avoid the flexible delineators, lost control and overturned several times, according to Va. State Police. It came to rest on the right shoulder of the exit ramp.
