WFP Distributes Aid to Iraqi Refugees in Karbala
Teams from the World Food Programme (WFP) have been distributing aid to Iraqis displaced by fighting in Karbala. A number of food aid convoys have been dispatched to help the thousands of people in need. The WFP estimates that nearly one million Iraqis have been displaced by recent fighting.
