FUTUREVISION: The Army has bought six smart-rifles make by TrackingPoint. The rifles costing between $22,500 and $27,500 lock on to targets and fire automatically, making nearly anyone a sharpshooter. The Army is testing to see if the technology is worth investing in to give soldiers without sniper training the ability to hit targets from long range.
