That is complete and total #$%$ - he should be able to say whatever he wants as long as it is not slander or physical threats.

I smell a civil suit over infractions against his 1st amendment rights. The judge was wrong and even made things worse by ORDERING this guy to post an apology. I hope he sues and gets millions for it....

I agree up until your last words. That is part of the problem.

Apparently no freedoms are left untouched in this country anymore. What good is a constitution granting us rights when slimeball attorneys can find ways around it. Lawyers! The only people in the world who can find loopholes in the ten commandments.

huh? What does that last sentence mean?
    • Fox23 3 mths ago
Don't understand that last sentence but I will say that because of a couple of wussy whiners we have to bend to whatever they say.

None of the Constitutional right is absolute. That is no one has an absolute right to freedom of speech. For example, you can't yell "FIRE", when there's no fire in a crowded theater.

If they can't comment on the case to the news, then why would they make him comment to everyone on facebook?

Better watch what you say on here about the judge, you might have to write an apology every month or face 30 days jail time o_0

The ACLU is going to have a field day with this one...I'm on his side, and can't wait to see how this unfolds...

Was this in Judge Judy's court? What a %$&^* joke the, so called, American Just Us system is. Yesterday we read about some guy being sent to prison for a year over junk in his own yard. Fascists all.

Wonder how much longer it's going to take before people smarten up and get rid of their facebook pages? I can't wait for the mass exodus. I had a fb page for about 5 minutes and decided it was a monumental waste of my time.

Facebook is a waste of time and energy, people should been investing their time in front of the computers doing things to improve their lives and others peoples lives. A advice to the man of the news; canceled your page in facebook as soon you finish with the punishment, i guarantee you , you will have more time to work with your photos and better friends.(LOYALS FRIENDS) real ones.....(and more time for your son too)

Amazing how we , as Americans, sit back and let the govt. walk all over us. We really need to draw the line and start fighting back for our rights
  • Christopher  •  Fleetwood, Pennsylvania  •  3 mths ago
So what, the First Amendment was removed without us knowing? I know I would do the jail it. They should not, under ANY circumstance, be able to MAKE him say anything. And he only posted the picture once. So why does he have to post the apology 30 times?

Ok think about this, we all have bashed one another here on Yahoo Comments and have said some pretty nasty remarks, (I know I have) does this mean we all have to apologize to one another now? According to this judge we will in the not to distant future. This judge is a #$%$ oops I guess I can't say that!
  • Freddie  •  Las Vegas, Nevada  •  3 mths ago
A judge trampling on a citizen's first amendment right! What! Really? Inexcusable. Somebody who has a Facebook account should post what an idiot the judge is. I'd do it, but I don't bother with Facebook. This is just another good reason why not.
