Even though I am a woman, I think that most fathers are treated unfairly in child support and visitation orders. I base this on what I have witnessed with several father. It is typical for a mother to paint a horrible picture of the father and make herself look like the only loving caring parent, even when I have seen the mother treat the children horribly. I have seen where children have been sent to the fathers with dirty, ripped clothes, and the children complaining the mom doesn't really feed them. Some moms also use the children as a pawn to get the father to pay for extra things over and above the support. I have also witnessed them telling their children that their dad doesn't care about them. Many moms ddon't realize the child support is to support the child, not to spend on frivilous things for themselves. Unfortunately, the courts refuse to look into complaints that fathers file with friend of the court. The FOC said it is not their job to check into how the mother is using the money. The child support and visitation orders are out-dated and need to be revised!

Looks like your son is divorced and getting cleaned out by your ex-daughter-in-law.

I think it is unfortunate that a guy can't talk on a SOCIAL networking site without being threatened to be put in jail.

I just worry this is beginning to impinge on our free speech rights. If he wasn't threatening her or the child he should be able to vent and NOT have to face jail time. I hope if I have a bad day on FB I will not have to go to jail.

Might as well hand over our journals since we have no freedom anymore. She was blocked he should have gotten her for stalking his page because she wasn't aloud on there and yet she got on someone elses and saw it.Or she made a fake account. And the apology was what they courted wanted him to say so im sure she didn't even let him see his kid even if he wanted to.

Maybe the courts should step into the 21st century and become more PC and give phyiscal and legal joint custody to parents who live in close proximity to each other as long as there are no concerns about the child's safety in either home. How many times do you ever hear about parents going to court to ask for more or less time with thier kids? Usually it's to ask for more money or to pay less money. Another point, more kids these days seem to die in the custody of thier mother's when new men enter the picture than fathers when new women enter the picture - not to say it doesn't happen but not as often. BTW I am a woman.

If the wife is blocked from his page how did she know what he posted and what is posting this crazy court order? It's crazy totake on revenge but anotherto get others to spy for you to keep the fight going. :(

Very militaristic move by the court which is where our country is heading anyway. Note: The Hunger Games...could be absolutely true in 100 years time here in the good old US of A. Crazy. Also a little childish. He has to post it every day for 30 days! What? Like he's a 6 yr old? PULEEZE!! Judge must've been ancient. Plus he needs to take a look at either his FB settings...or who he's calling a FB friend as someone tipped his Ex off. And then she goes and takes it to court. However there's 2 sides to everything..and she has a story also.

This ain't right. It is not the government's place to tell people what they can and can't say, no matter how horrible it is. I find this a little disturbing.

I'd wager that fkn judge can't spell
    CONSTITUTION correctly. He's too
    busy violating it.

Sounds like the arrogant mini-dictators of the government who are tyrannizing him should have to apologize for violating his 1st amendment rights.

    Where's the ACLU?
