CSUB Men Get First Hardwood Victory
The Cal State men's basketball team defeated Westmont, 77-74, Tuesday night at the Icardo Center to get its first win of the season. Brandon Barnes had 24 points, Tyrone White had a game-high 28 of the bench and freshman guard Britton Williams dished out 10 assists in the win. The Roadrunners trailed by as many as 12 points in the first half and trailed by four at halftime before. White loosened things up for the Roadrunners by making 7-of-10 from beyond the arc.
