Bennett Miller, an Oscar-nominated director perhaps best known for the movie "Moneyball," didn't know much about wrestling when he started work on his upcoming film "Foxcatcher." The experience quickly turned him into a supporter of a sport now fighting for its Olympic existence. "Foxcatcher" tells the story of John du Pont, the chemical fortune heir who killed Olympic gold medal-winning wrestler Dave Schultz at his estate near Philadelphia in 1996. Jamie-Lynn Sigler and Robert Iler are expressing their grief over the loss of their TV dad, James Gandolfini."This news has left me heartbroken," said Sigler, who played daughter Meadow to the late actor's Tony Soprano on HBO's The Sopranos, in a statement. "I can only imagine the pain his family feels at this time, and my heart goes out to them, especially Deborah, Michael and Liliana." Sleepless in Seattle star Meg Ryan arrived at the Taormina Film Festival, injecting some much-needed levity into an event grappling with the death of actor James Gandolfini, who had been expected to be part of the 59-year-old fest?s grand finale.
