      COLUMBIA, S.C. -- The United Health Foundation released its annual report card -- ranking health in each state. According to the study, overall Americans are living longer because of advances in medicine, but the quality of life is being threatened by unhealthy behavior. The report says nearly 28 percent of the population is obese and more than 26 percent get no exercise. To top it off, South Carolina is ranked as one of the five unhealthiest states, coming in at 46th. North Carolina is ranked 33rd in
