The couple looked like they were ready for a low-key day, with Leo walking around in cargo shorts and flip flops and Toni showing off her long, supermodel legs in a white skirt and tennis shoes. Leo and Toni took it easy over the weekend as well when they both visited a farmers market in Beverly Hills on Sunday to pick up food items. The pair may have been at the record shop to pick up some music before they head to Coachella, which kicks off its first weekend on Thursday.

The Big Bang Theory Contract Negotiations Force Season 8 Production Delay
The Big Bang Theory contract standoff continues and has forced production on the new season to be postponed. The CBS comedy has reportedly delayed the start of season eight as stars Jim Parsons, Johnny Galecki, Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting, Simon Helberg and Kunal Nayyar all remain without new contracts. Warner Bros. TV, which produces The Big Bang Theory, confirmed the news in a statement saying, ""Due to ongoing contract negotiations, production on The Big Bang Theory—which was originally scheduled to begin today—has been postponed." CBS renewed the hit drama for three more seasons—all the way through season 10—in March. Earlier in July CBS boss Nina Tassler told reporters at the 2014 TCA Summer Press Tour that she wasn't concerned about The Big Bang Theory contract standoff. "We're feeling very confident that everything will work out. These deals manage to get done miraculously somehow year after year."

Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy and Catalan President Artur Mas failed to break the deadlock over Catalonia's independence drive on Wednesday, both standing firm on their positions when they met for the first time in a year. The meeting had been seen as an opportunity for the two leaders to work on a possible compromise over an independence referendum that the northern region wants to hold on Nov. 9 - two months after a similar vote in Scotland that is being closely watched in Catalonia.
Gotham Awards: Netflix’s Ted Sarandos To Receive Industry Tribute
Netflix announced Wednesday that its chief content officer Ted Sarandos will be honored at this year’s Gotham Independent Film Awards. The executive will be presented with this year’s industry tribute, one of four pre-announced honors handed out at the Manhattan event, set for Dec. 1 at Cipriani Wall Street. The Gotham Awards traditionally marks the official start of Oscar season, recognizing the best in independent film. Sarandos has led content acquisition for Netflix since 2000 and has recently led the effort to develop original content for the streaming service, helping it garner 31 Emmy nominations.
Dubai, European Airlines Divert Flights Over Iraq
European and Dubai-based airlines have begun rerouting flights over Iraqi airspace as a security precaution, though Iraq says its skies are safe. An Emirates Airline spokesperson in Dubai told The Associated Press on Monday it will divert planes that use Iraqi airspace. A number of European carriers, including Virgin Atlantic, KLM and Air France also say they will do the same. Iraq is facing a security crisis after militants with the extremist Islamic State group captured large swaths of northern and western Iraq, including its second-largest city, Mosul. The head of the Iraqi Civil Aviation Authority, however, maintains Iraqi airspace is safe. Nassir Bandar says: "There is no threat to airplanes passing over the Iraqi skies."

A broken 30-inch water main gushes water onto Sunset Boulevard near the University of California, Los Angeles campus in the Westwood section. The geyser from the 100-year-old water main made a raging river of the street and sent millions of gallons of water across the school's athletic facilities, including the famed floor of Pauley Pavilion, the neighboring Wooden Center and the Los Angeles Tennis Center, and a pair of parking structures that took the brunt of the damage.
