LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) - Wednesday night was the first public showing of a new documentary about the nation's deadliest drunk driving bus crash. The viewing of "Impact" comes just one day after the 25th anniversary of that crash. Twenty-seven people were killed when a drunk driver going the wrong way on Interstate 71 hit a church bus. LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Jefferson County Public Schools have sent out layoff notices to 41 certified teachers in the system. School officials say they have to give notice by May 15 for the upcoming school year. Spokesman Ben Jackey says those layoffs are due in part to budget constraints, including a loss of federal funds.
