Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) - A new family room in Kosair's Pediatric Intensive Care Unit is being named after a little boy who lost his life to a rare genetic disorder. Friday, the hospital unveiled the new Aidan Brody O'Rourke Family Waiting Room. At 9 months, Aidan was diagnosed with Rett's Syndrome, which almost exclusively affects girls. BARDSTOWN, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Bardstown Independent School choir students performed a concert to raise money for the WHAS Crusade for Children. Students held the concert Saturday night in Bardstown and raised more than $400 for the second straight year. Local ordinances prevent firefighters from having roadblocks within the city limits of the town so the students decided to get together for the fundraiser. The 59th annual WHAS Crusade for Children starts June 2.
