115-Year-Old Shipwreck Found in Lake Superior
On May 13, 1899, The Nelson -- a 199-foot, three-masted wooden schooner -- was being towed to port off of Grand Marais in Michigan, when a rare spring gale hit. When the towline broke, and Captain Haganey realized the ship was going down, he tried his best to save the other nine people on board, including his wife and infant child, by remaining on the sinking ship and shuffling them onto a lifeboat.

A high schooler in New York has taken the best senior portrait ever. Schenectady High School senior Draven Rodriguez had the glorious photo taken professionally with his cat, Mr. Bigglesworth, in front of one of those amazing 80's-style laser backgrounds. Even though senior portraits aren’t due at Draven’s school until next week, he’s already trying to get ahead of any backlash from the yearbook editor, and has created an online petition.

Rare Albino Hedgehog Rescued From Storm Drain
A man found a rare albino hedgehog in a storm drain in Tughall, England. I know it feels like we made this up, but trust us, it really happened. The man assumed the cute, but fairly odd-looking hedgehog was an African Pygmy Hedgehog, but workers at a local hedeghog rescue center were excited to inform him that what he’d actually found was an incredibly rare albino adult European Hedgehog. So, he's in good hands now.

In one of the weirder public service announcements we've ever seen, scientists in Florida are warning residents not to touch a caterpillar. The caterpillar in question is known as the Puss Caterpillar, and is especially prevalent in the Southeast this time of year. Boy Finds 3,000-Year-Old Sword In River
An 11 year-old boy in China was washing his hands in a river when he felt something weird poking up from the riverbed. It turns out it was a 3,000 year old sword! The boy, whose name is Yang Junxi, took the 10-inch bronze sword home to his family, and the neighborhood went crazy. People from all over town flocked to the Yang’s house to see the sword. The Yang’s have been given a reward for turning in the ancient sword, and now officials are planning an archaeological dig in and around the river. What would you do if you found an ancient sword in a river?

Abbey Road studios has put up a 24-hour live feed of the crosswalk The Beatles made famous on the cover of their 1969 album Abbey Road, and it is engrossing. You can watch thousands of tourists, oblivious to traffic, stand still in the middle of a crosswalk while their friend figures out how a camera works, as drivers on the road become increasingly frustrated. The crossing cam has even sparked its own Reddit thread with Redditors cataloging their favorite incidents. Couple Finds Time Capsule Behind Bathroom Mirror
