Obama: Boehner "fiscal cliff" offer "still out of balance"

In an interview with Bloomberg TV, President Obama said that the GOP counteroffer on "fiscal cliff" negotiations is "still out of balance," adding that while additional spending cuts and entitlement reforms are possible, "We are not going to be able to get a deal without" tax rate hikes on the wealthiest two percent of Americans.
