PHOENIX -- Phoenix police need your help finding the driver of a vehicle that left the scene of a fatal accident Saturday morning near 75th Avenue and Thomas Road. Police were told by witnesses that two vehicles were seen street racing. One of the vehicles involved ran into a tree in a median, killing its driver.
