Plaq. Sheriff's Credit Card Use Questioned

There are new questions surrounding spending by the Plaquemines Parish sheriff, after the WDSU I-Team learned that over the past few years, Sheriff Jiff Hingle has been reimbursed by his own department for more than $100,000.
