    Barrett crys about Mr. Walker using 20 million dollars of federal funds to balance the budget, but he agred with Jim Doyle when former governor Doyle used stimulus monies meant to go to shovel-ready jobs to try to plug the state's budget gap. He also raided the transportation fund for road work, as well as an illegal raid of $200 million from the Injured Patients and Families Compensation Fund. That seems far more egregious to me. Not to mention other financial mismanagement on his part.
