Hey...I'm brown and if I get pulled over because I'm brown it will really make me angry. If a policeman was to request my children or my friends I was with to provide papers I would be angry! Most times I only carry my license and my debit card with me. I will not be made to carry my birth certificate, passport, my children's passports or birth certificates with me just because we have brown hair! That is ridiculous.

The State should pass a law requiring the use of E-Verify, and then enforce that State law. Even if the proceeds of fines were used only to offset the costs of illegals, it would help. They would then be acting in a legal manner. But gee they didn't did they? Perhaps they never read that exactly what they wanted to do was ALSO illegal? More tough talk, but in the end, keep the cheap labor.

Yes, profit margins for some would be lower if using American labor, but the volume would be higher and the money would stay in our country, not get wired back to Mexico. Workers cannot buy goods or services if they can't afford them. Fair wages work to everyone's benefit.

Once again this is in the hands of our court system, what is it that they do NOT understand if you want to live in this country you need to be a citizen. We can not live in another country and live off the Government. This is a problem that should of been taken care of along time ago. Why is it taking so long(our Courts) is why!!
