Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum are both Constitutionally ineligible because of their fathers citizenship status at the time the candidates were born. Ron Paul and Newt Gingrich are the only eligible candidates in the 2012 election.

Gov. Romney is still opposed by a solid 60-70% of his own Party. Among those that voted for him, according to one exit poll, 40% still did not prefer him.

Once the Santorum/Gingrich voters become one... Romney will have to empty that establishment treasure chest in an avalanch of smear, slash and burn, half-truth, inuendo, politics of personal destruction to stop the massive swing against him.

Dick Morris, who is basically a Romney supporter, told a joke today.

"A Liberal, Moderate, and Conservative walks into a bar. The bartender says, Hi Mitt!"

That is why he cannot pay for and bus enough votes in (like he did at CPAC) to recover once the Conservative vote unites behind one candidate.
