    What the GOP knows but is afraid to face is the fact that Romney can't beat Obama. The only one who has a ghost of a chance is Ron Paul, but they don't want him in there to spoil their game. It's really too bad that in this, possibly the last, free election in the nation we are wasting it on flashy but clueless candidates when we have another JFK running for the first time in 60 years who would actually make the needed changes, not just make empty promises to the American people. Google Power of Nightmares and Michael Scheuer if you are concerned about foreign policy and need to better understand Dr. Paul's correct stance on it, and google and watch Money as Debt if you want to learn about what is controlling the economy in this country and how it came to pass. Then do what's right for the country, not just the party, and vote for real change not empty promises.

      What you fail to understand is Romney can beat Obama just by his independent appeal alone.

      Americas elections are usually decided by the aforementioned group since this is a center-slightly right country. In other words, we aren't so much Democrat and Republican inasmuch as we are a nation of voting on what works. The great thing about the United States is that we oscillate between parties, which is a good thing. It's never a good thing for people to vote based on the letter next to the politicians name.

      That said, there is a reason why the vast majority of polls favor Romney over Obama in a hypothetical matchup. What astounds me is how Obama's numbers are even as high as they are? The guy has been an overt disaster and would kill this country even more if he were to get reelected.

    Remember, the last CEO elected President of the United States was Herbert "Great Depression" Hoover! Go ahead and vote for another Great Depression you dumb ass conservadunces!       If by mess you mean exacerbating the problem by creating historic debt and deficit levels, implementing feckless regulations that has hindered job growth, enacting a hapless piece of legislation called Obamacare, lowering the nations credit rating for the first time in history, and increasing the unemployment rate to unfathomable levels, then you are absolutely right.
