    Every American President since Jimmy Carter has raised the dept ceiling from 3 times to 17 times each. I don't care about how good the GDP was, a national debt is a national debt. In the end we still owe it, and at the end of each president's term it wasn't paid back, the debt was left for the next president, Another example of how both parties are the same. Republicans are NOT fiscally conservative, they are just like the democrats. SPEND, SPEND, SPEND, SPEND, SPEND. They both are equally Responsible for the National Debt.

    Obamacare Came from Romneycare, both D,R, parties overspend and take money from Social Security/Medicare so they can bankrupt it, they want the size of Gov, to be bigger on issues that are dear to their voting base to make it look like they have choices , but if you look at it that way and they succeed in passing those laws then Gov, gets bigger from both sides. One side wants to cut military spending to the Bush years while the other want to spend more, and we already spend more than the top 20 countries in the world. Why not top 15, or top 10 countries of the world, and global warming is something they both ignore by saying they will pass laws that will go into effect in 2050 or something like that, and cap & trade is really about same as global warming. Stop trying to make up issues that make them look different , and does it really matter if it is right to work/unions, I mean come on they already signed NAFTA, CAFTA, and three more backed by both parties, South Korea, Columbia and Panama with more to come that hurt American workers. I Thought they worked for us, the American people not companies that would rather spit on American workers for Foreign slave labor and rest is lip service.

    Here's a look at the debt ceiling under modern U.S. presidents. In modern history, Ronald Reagan oversaw the largest number of debt ceiling increases, and
    1. Debt Ceiling Under Obama
    The debt ceiling has been raised on three occasions under President Barack Obama. The debt ceiling was $11.315 trillion when the Democrat was sworn into office in January 2009 and increased by nearly $3 trillion or 26 percent by summer 2011, to $14.294 trillion.Under Obama the debt ceiling increased: by $789 billion to $12.104 trillion in February 2009, Obama's first year in office, under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act;
    • by $290 billion to $12.394 trillion ten months later, in December 2009;
    • and by $1.9 trillion to $14.294 trillion two months later, in February 2010.
    2. Debt Ceiling Under Bush
    The debt ceiling was raised on seven occasions during President George W. Bush's two terms in office, from $5.95 trillion in 2001 to nearly double that, $11.315 trillion, in 2009 - an increase of $5.365 trillion or 90 percent. Under Bush the debt ceiling increased:
    • by $450 billion to $6.4 trillion in June 2002;
    • and by $700 billion to $11.315 trillion three months later, in October 2008.
    3. Debt Ceiling Under Clinton
    The debt ceiling was raised on four occasions during President Bill Clinton's two terms, from $4.145 trillion when he took office in 1993 to $5.95 trillion when he left the White House in 2001 - an increase of $1.805 trillion or 44 percent. Under Clinton the debt ceiling increased:
    • by $225 billion to $4.37 trillion in April 1993;
    • and by $450 billion to $5.95 trillion 17 months later, in August 1997.
    4. Debt Ceiling Under Bush
    The debt ceiling was raised on four occasions during President George H.W. Bush's one term, from $2.8 trillion when he took office in 1989 to $4.145 trillion when he left the White House in 1993 - an increase of $1.345 trillion or 48 percent. Under Bush the debt ceiling increased:
    • by $70 billion to $2.87 trillion in August 1989
    • and by $915 billion to $4.145 trillion one month later, in November 1990.5. Debt Ceiling Under ReaganThe debt ceiling was raised on 17 occasions under President Ronald Reagan, nearly tripling from $935.1 billion to $2.8 trillion. Under Reagan the debt ceiling was raised to:
    • $985 billion in February 1981;
    • and $2.8 trillion in September 1987.

    A vote for Romney is a vote for Obama, and a vote for Obama is a vote for Romney, That's if you like voting for puppets. Let Me See, NAFTA was voted for by 50% democrats and 75% republicans in the Senate and voted for by 40% democrats and 75% republicans in the House of Representitives, and signed by a democrat president. There were 44 republicans and 55 democrats in the Senate at the time. There were also 175 Republicans and 258 democrats in the House of Representatives. In the Senate 27 Democrats voted for NAFTA along with 34 Republicans while 28 Democrats and 10 Republicans voted against it . The vote was in 1993 . McCain voted for NAFTA. It passed the Senate 61-38 with one Senator (Dorkin D-ND)
    not voting. In the House of Representatives the vote was 234-200 with 102 Democrats and 132 Republicans voting yes and the no votes were cast by 156 Democrats and 43 Republicans.
    I think that is one example those politicians being no different! Example 2 CAFTA also backed by both parties. Example 3 the PATRIOT ACT also backed by both parties. Example 4 NDAA overwhelmingly backed by both parties. The first two destroy jobs in United States the other two Destroy liberties in the United States. Both parties overwhelmingly do not want to audit the fed. The media doesn't care if a democrat or a republican wins as long as it is their democrat or republican that wins! The only thing that separates them is Guns, God ,Fags and Abortion. Example 3 and 4 undermines the 2nd amendment. politicians don't believe in god. It turns out later that many are gay, and if they don't care about you when your alive or dead then what makes you think they care before your born. There were four years of a republican senate, house ,and presidency also majority vote from the supreme court from 2003 to 2006 and they didn't overturn ROE VS WADE. Look it up under the freedom of information act Lazies , and yet 95% percent of the country still thinks that there is still a big difference between the two parties. A Bought and Payed for Democrat+Republican= A Corporatocracy Republicrat.

    Now is the time for Ron Paul to call Mitt Romney into an open DEBATE.
    I think the challenge should be public, and Mitt should accept and fight for the
    delegates and votes he's sure to lose in the election. Instead of losing and blaming
    Ron Paul, he should enter a Winner-Take-All debate of sufficient length and without
    moderator bias extending from the media. Head-to-head debate with questions selected
    by the Brookings institute, Stratfor, and maybe a few intelligent people from
    Cornell, or MIT, S.U. professors and the like; mediated by Bill Maher for the
    entertainment value and maybe a fair shake. It's Now or Never Debate Time, and
    all the pro-Romney people should be just as enthusiastic about propping up their candidate, just as much as the Paul supporters. You saw it here first. Bring It

      I called for a debate between the two candidates in Comment Number 21, Let's see
      if it's still here in the morning. The Media is trying hard to control
      the awareness. I think the logic is to bury a story for 24 hours, and then it's
      sufficiently dead to not gain any momentum. We shall see.

    Remember Paul supporters, we control everything... If Ron Paul is not nominated then we need to simply write in his name, that will insure the loss by the republican party. We will not be forced by a corrupt group of politicians and a corrupt media to shove these traitors down our throats. Paul supporters hold the keys and we know that there is'nt any difference between Mitt, Newt, Rick or Obama. The only person who will make a change and give us back our freedom is Ron Paul... It doesnt matter if Paul is nominated or not we control the election, so don't let go of the keys and when you cast your vote or write in his name, consider it a vote of honor. Ron Paul supporters have a chance right now to make a difference, don't let go, never quit. Our numbers are too large not to be heard and they know it....

    Statistics speak for itself. Just read the comments and add up the thumbs up about him in the articles. Yet Ron is not winning. Is this democracy? The answer is clear crystal. The media (Jews) do not like him. WHY? Ans. Why was Jesus crucified? Ans. Because he was honest; because he had courage to criticize the Jews; because he was saying the truth. The worst enemies of the Jews are the Jews

      Ron Paul must win if we are to keep this nation as it was meant to be. Never stop. Never say can't. Never let go. Did you ever see a winner quit? We are winners. We have to be if our Great U.S.A. is to go on. Ron Paul 2012
