Tea Party Asks Iowans 'Had Enough?'

One thing is true about all the TeaPublican presidential want-to-be’s, none of them have the guts to speak out on what has and is taking place in Benton Harbor, Michigan.

Well they passed Public Act 4, the (Local Government and School District Fiscal Accountability Act), a bill giving Republican Rick Snyder, Governor of Michigan, control over the state through the use of Martial Law. TeaPublican Snyder, instead of using military forces to enforce this action and control of the people, is more then likely to use private security firm forces. The Bill, in the dead of night, was signed into law in March of 2011, granting TP Snyder the power to give unprecedented powers to State Emergency Managers, including but not limited to, the power to be able to break union contracts, take total control over government pension systems, absolute control of setting school curriculums, and unfettered power to dissolve and /or disincorporate any and all municipalities. Under Public Act 4, Emergency Managers, appointed by the TP Governor, can
“Exercise any power or authority of any officer, employee, department, board, commission or other similar entity of the local government whether elected or appointed.”
They have suspended freedom of the people and the powers of all elected officials by removing any and all of their authority that was given them by the people. This one person, appointed by the TP Governor Snyder, now has absolute control over and sovereign rule of Benton Harbor, under TeaPublican Governor Rick Snyder, and has now refused to speak with or listen to anyone that has been elected, except for TP Governor Snyder.
AGAIN: This administrator has the power to do anything, including the power to, void contracts, void collective bargaining agreements, dissolve the town council, dissolve the school board, fire anyone including elected officials and law enforcement; to be able hire private security for enforcement, unincorporate the town, and sell off any and all public property he deems necessary. AND: The people of the town have no say in this. They can not demand to see or speak to, or turn away the TP Governors appointed administrator. AND: He has the power to suspended, and has in fact suspended all government officials, and he refuses to speak with anyone who has tried to suggest how Benton Harbor’s problems should be handled.
The money behind this: Multinational Corporation, Whirlpool, which celebrated its 100th Anniversary in 2011. They are and have been headquartered in Benton Horbor Township, just outside of Benton Harbor, Mich. since 1911. They own the Town and apparently the TP Governor Rick Snyder.
Is this a test to see how Americans are going to react to Martial Law? (The body of law imposed by the military over civilian affairs (usually in time of war or civil crisis); overrides civil law).
Why is our President standing idle, why isn’t anyone protesting?
You do realize that THIS CAN HAPPEN TO YOU don’t you?
It’s MARTIAL LAW, the suspension of the peoples liberties and freedoms and the right to be represented.
Oh, by the way, TP Govna Snyder has endorsed Mitt Romney, isn’t that quaint.

Their revolution is a #$%$ joke and nothing more.
