PORTLAND -- Thieves were caught on camera trying to use a stolen credit card at a Southeast Portland Fred Meyer. Police released surveillance photos, hoping the public would help them catch the couple. They stole the credit card and some jewelry from a Portland home last month, said Sgt. Pete Simpson.
