Richardson on North Korea trip: "We're not representing U.S. govt"

The State Department is encouraging two high-profile Americans not to visit North Korea this month but Google Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt and former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson have made decisions to go as private citizens.
