SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. -- A man suspected of being under the influence of methamphetamine crashed into a Spokane Valley house. It happened around midnight on New Year's Day in the 18000 block of East Marlin. Police say the driver was going at least 60 mph through the neighborhood when he went airborne.
