Moadamiyeh in west Damascus, a deal between the Syrian regime and opposition fighters was reached on October 19 to allow fighters and their families to evacuate the town. The fighters would be transferred to opposition areas in Idlib, the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported.The Syrian Red Crescent tweeted that they were carrying out their “humanitarian duty” and facilitating the evacuation of Moadamiyeh.
