Free Sample Overload

I work at Whole Foods, and we put out samples all day. If someone comes in and they ask to sample something, we have to open what they want and let them try it. There are people that come in every day and just sample, and never buy a thing. There is one lady that even has her own fork when she comes in. There is a man that stops buy every day and says "I have never had pizza before, can I get a sample". Some people we just hand them something as they walk by, because we know they are just there to sample. But if we sample something it is calles stealing. The customers even complane to the manager that a worker took a sample. They just ate half the tray of what we put out, and a worker took one when they were on there break. We have a sign that says please take one, and they push it aside to grab a hand full.

Every time I go to Costco, I see pigs eating up samples. cmon shoppers, show some respect
