No one seems to have said anything about the REAL ethical issue. No, it's not about whether or not it's ethical for poochie to be popping pills. The real issue is we live in a country where taking care of dogs is SEVEN BILLION DOLLARS more important than taking care of human beings.

Very true- here in NC and man shot and killed his neighbors dog because of barking that the owner would refuse to control his dog- the man was given a $15,000 bond- A man driving a truck the he had no Lic. to be driving ran over and killed a person crossing the street- the guy took off and was caught by a cctv camera, the police knew the truck from the owners priors, he was only give a $3,000 bond.

Gee, I thought dogs were supposed to help OUR anxiety. You know, all those claims about dogs lowering our blood pressure, making us happy, etc. How can dogs do that when THEY have anxiety? Stupid neurotic dogs and their besotted fool owners. Nutty combination of ever there was one.

So this means now when you are attacked by a persons dog- you can now (While Sueing the owner) ask if the dog is on any mode altering drugs and why is it on the drugs- since this would indicate the dog has trouble and the owner is aware of it- so the typical "It's a Dog" reason for biting you or your child will be changed!
